Cancellation Fees ( Sharing basis )
a. 50% up to 72 hours before the cruise staring time.
b. 100% from 48 hours before the cruise starting time.
c. The cancellation fee is not applicable when the cruises are cancelled due to foul weather conditions.
Confirmation & Payment ( Private Cruise )
a. 30% deposit of confirmation. Confirmation deposit is non-refundable.
b. 2nd payment of 30% not later than 14 days before the cruise date.
c. the balance to be paid 7 days before the cruise.
Cancellation Fees ( Private Cruise )
a. 30% confirmation deposit is not refundable.
b. 50% 10 days before.
c. 100% cancellation fees 5 days ( 120 hours ) before cruise starting time.
Private Overnight Cruise booking conditions:
a. 30% confirmation deposit non refundable.
b. 2nd payment of 30% not later than 60 days before the cruise.
c. Balance to be paid 30 days before the cruise.
d. 2nd payment is refundable if cancellation 60 days before the cruise.
