House Policy - Monthly Stay
- All price quoted are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are inclusive of tax and service charges.
- Required minimum stay of 30 nights, without break of stay of the booking category. Additional nights will be charged
at pro-rata basis.
- Public Holiday Surcharge, if any, is applicable. RM50 nett for Superior Room and Studio Unit. RM100 nett for Deluxe 2
bedroom apartment, RM150 for Superior & Deluxe 3 bedroom apartment.
- Shall the minimum stay requirement shorten, monthly rate will be converted to weekly rate/ daily rate accordingly.
- Electricity charges are excluded in rate quoted for apartments unit and will be charged as per usage, except Superior
room and Studio Suite. Meter reading will be taken upon check in and check out.
- Electricity deposit are required upon check in.
- House Keeping services is available twice a week.
- Extra bed is at RM30 nett each per night, and is subject to availability and upon request.

applicable on public holiday. We require a minimum of 50 room nights, in order to qualify and rates are subject to
change without prior notice.
